As you'll have read, there are many mixed reviews on this hotel. We could write a story of how they could improve, become 5 star, satisfy guests and really make this hotel something special. But quite frankly, there is no point because even when we were their they didn't put the guest first. We never see any managers walking the floor, asking guests about their holiday so they can improve. In the first year being open, guests' feedback should be top of the list! Otherwise, how will they ever be better, maybe never! It's simple, take a look around the hotel, talk to guests, and see how we view the hotel. It might be big and gloosy, but if you don't improve your brand, it will not be enough to make this hotel a success. Avoid room 4158 as you are overlooked by the gym and no privacy. We would recommend the Barcelo in Costa Tequise over this hotel.
